“I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had with the payroll department. When I called to request my husband’s pay stubs, the person who answered, Jennifer, was incredibly dismissive. She initially said she’d fax them within a few minutes, but after waiting 30 minutes, I called back and she was even more abrupt, simply saying she’d handle it ‘when she has time.’ It felt incredibly unprofessional and uncaring, especially when I asked about the extended delay. Honestly, it felt like she wasn’t taking my request seriously at all. It’s disappointing when someone treats a customer with such rudeness, and I’m left wondering if that’s just her usual approach.”
