    Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the customer service we received. I’m not going to rate the pool itself – it’s great, but the experience with the company was a huge letdown. The initial installation took far longer than promised, and when we contacted them for updates, we kept getting pushed back weeks at a time. The installer seemed incredibly dismissive, even saying we were lucky they came at all. Thankfully, one of the technicians was fantastic during the initial setup, really helpful and reassuring. However, things quickly fell apart when it came time to open the pool. They were over an hour late, and when they finally arrived, they didn’t even bother to properly secure the liner – some of the screws were missing! As a local business, I wanted to support them, but ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend them. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction, and I’d advise you to look elsewhere for your pool installation and maintenance needs. report abuse

    “We absolutely loved working with this family-owned company! From start to finish, the pool installation process was incredibly smooth. Peter, the owner, was fantastic – he was so responsive, patiently answered all of our questions, and always kept us updated. They delivered on their promise to have the pool installed before my daughter’s birthday, and the whole job, including the installation itself, was completed surprisingly quickly – about 8 hours. Even after the installation, Jay, the project manager, followed up within minutes to address any questions we had. We’re so excited to finally enjoy our new pool for many years!” report abuse

    “I’ve been a customer with this company for over 20 years, and I used to be very happy with their service – especially back when I had my liner replaced about two decades ago. They were incredibly responsive then, scheduling the work quickly and handling everything professionally. However, my recent experience was really disappointing. I contacted them in March 2020 to get a new liner, and despite multiple calls throughout the summer, I never received a follow-up or confirmation. They finally scheduled the work for today, but they didn't even bother to send a confirmation. And to top it off, they completed the job and left all the trash behind – and when I contacted them about it, they insisted it was my responsibility to clean up! I've never dealt with a service that doesn’t take care of that. Because of this recent experience, and the lack of communication, I’m truly disheartened. I previously recommended this company to others looking for a reliable pool service, but I won’t be doing so now.” report abuse

    Overall, the Gibraltar pool itself is fantastic – it’s a really well-made pool that’s stood the test of time, lasting 14 years despite the harsh weather. However, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with the customer service. We’ve experienced damage to the pool during several snowstorms, and since March, we’ve been waiting for repairs. Despite multiple calls and leaving messages promising a callback, we haven’t heard back. The latest update two weeks ago – a truck was being prepared for the repair – hasn't materialized, and we’re still waiting for any communication about when the work will actually happen. Because of this, we’re sadly anticipating missing out on the pool season this year. It’s a real shame because the quality of the pool itself is exceptional, but the lack of responsiveness is a major letdown.” report abuse

We really appreciated Kenny’s help at the store – he was fantastic for first-time pool owners, explaining everything in a way that made sense. He gave us great advice and recommendations, and really simplified what can be a confusing process. The whole staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist us as soon as we walked in. After following his initial advice, we did run into a slight issue with cloudy water, but with his final recommendation for a new filter, we’re now enjoying crystal-clear water!” report abuse

    I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with [Company Name]! Anthony and his whole crew did an absolutely amazing job installing my pool – it was a bit of a tricky yard with lots of ledges, but they handled it like pros. Peter, the owner, was also incredibly helpful, coming to my house beforehand to assess the situation and really made sure I was comfortable with the plan. The finished pool is fantastic – a beautiful 16x24 that really gives the impression of an inground pool. They kept to their timeline perfectly and did a truly top-notch job. Seriously, if you're looking for a pool that looks like it belongs in a beautiful backyard, this is the company to choose. And a bonus – the pool lights at night are incredible! report abuse

    Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. We hired this company early in the year, but we ran into some delays getting the trees removed, which was on our end. Once that was done, the crew started the pool installation, but communication was a huge issue – there were significant language barriers that made it really difficult to understand each other. After the pool was finished, we noticed the pipes had been pulled out of the ground and stacked haphazardly, and when we asked about it, we received no clear answers. Trying to get a straight explanation from the office was a nightmare; it took multiple calls and ultimately, the owner never returned my calls. The supervisor’s explanation was also unintelligible. We eventually realized the pipes were for our septic system, but the whole situation felt incredibly unprofessional and poorly handled. We’ve made countless attempts to get a resolution, and it’s been incredibly disappointing. We sincerely wish we’d never pursued this project. At this point, we believe the only reasonable option is to seek legal advice. We absolutely would not recommend this company – their communication was terrible, and they really didn't seem to take responsibility for the issues they caused. report abuse

    “Honestly, we’ve been really disappointed with this company. We hired them for pool maintenance from the start, especially since we invested a significant amount – over $30,000 – in a brand new pool just two years ago. We wanted to ensure everything was done perfectly. Unfortunately, they messed up the pool closing, and this past winter, a faulty plug caused a huge flood, losing 10,000 gallons of water and washing away a lot of our backyard’s sand. They’ve completely ignored our request to get the mess cleaned up, despite promising us they’d be our top priority back in February. It’s frustrating to be left with this problem and feel like we're not being taken care of.” report abuse

    Honestly, I can’t recommend this company. I signed up for a consultation last fall, and it was a complete waste of time and money. They took my payment, but I still don’t have my pool, and they’ve been consistently delaying the installation. Dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating – I wish I’d gone with a different company. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and find another option. report abuse
