“I unfortunately had a really negative experience working with this company on a few permitting projects. Victoria, the main point of contact, seemed completely unable to understand engineering plans, and repeatedly misdirected us regarding the submission process – specifically, she insisted on site plans instead of the required surveys. Their actions caused significant delays in our permit applications, and she often tried to dictate changes to the plans as if she were a zoning officer. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s best to find a more reliable and knowledgeable partner to avoid unnecessary stress and wasted time.”

This candidate clearly lacks the foundational knowledge needed for this role. They don’t seem to have any understanding of construction basics, building codes, or how to interpret blueprints – a critical requirement for the job.

It’s a town that feels both established and approachable – you get that sense of a well-maintained community without feeling overly stuffy. It’s clearly a place where people care about their surroundings, and that creates a pleasant atmosphere.”
