  “I was so relieved when Matthew from AC Matthews came out after the recent storm damaged our fence and raised concerns about our roof. He scheduled an appointment within a couple of days, was incredibly prompt, and immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly inspected the roof and identified both wind and hail damage, and he was fantastic at guiding me through the process of filing a homeowner’s insurance claim – he even accompanied the adjuster and they fully agreed on the extent of the damage. Matthew walked me through every step, patiently helping us choose the right shingles and color. The crew was fantastic – professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly and beautifully. Not only did they completely restore our roof to current codes, but they also spotted a crushed downspout and issues with our shed, plus installed new gutter guards to prevent future water damage. We ended up paying only our deductible! They were so proactive; they noticed the recent hail damage in the area and offered a free inspection, which we hadn’t even realized we needed. They completely handled everything with the insurance company, even fighting to get the claim approved after an initial denial. Now we have a brand new roof, and they got the whole job done in just one day – including taking care of all the cleanup!   Matt did a fantastic job with my shed roof! He really took the time to understand the problem and offered some great suggestions. He was incredibly responsive and got me scheduled really quickly. I felt like I was getting a very fair price, and the roofers were professional and on time.   “We moved into our house back in the summer of 2020, and honestly, the whole experience with getting a new roof was incredibly frustrating at first. We were getting calls from so many different roofing companies, all of them pushing us to get Matthew’s permission, and they were just so insistent and annoying. I ended up ignoring the door completely! I was just hoping the roof was okay. Then, one day, Matthew just happened to be walking by, and it was the best thing that could have happened. He was completely different from those other guys – so helpful and understanding. He explained everything, telling us why we’d been bombarded with offers and why having discontinued shingles was a serious problem. Just after a particularly nasty storm, Matthew took a look at the roof and pinpointed several areas that had failed. He immediately advised us to contact our insurance, and thankfully, they agreed with his assessment and scheduled the replacement. The whole process was fantastic! Matthew was there throughout, explaining every step, and the crew was fantastic – really professional and took great pride in their work.
