  I couldn’t be happier with Rose Construction. They did a fantastic job installing a foundation drain in May and then the support posts in the basement in August, and I’m already planning a third project with them. Erik and Charles and the whole team are incredibly professional, friendly, and the prices were really reasonable. You can tell they genuinely care about their work – it’s a great work ethic, and that’s hugely important to me. I wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Charles and Eric did an absolutely fantastic job! They were so professional, really detail-oriented, and incredibly courteous – you could tell they genuinely cared about their work.   Overall, our experience with H&R Waterproofing was fantastic. Eric and Charles, the owners, were incredibly professional – they arrived on time for the estimate and clearly explained that they handle all their jobs. What really stood out was their honesty; they spotted a problem with a cheap copper pipe during the French drain installation and immediately informed us we wouldn’t need the sump pump system. That kind of proactive approach is rare. They took care of repairing the pipe and assured us they’d follow up if needed. We really appreciated their straightforwardness and the fact that they saved us money. We’d definitely recommend H&R Waterproofing – they were dependable and honest. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I invested a significant amount of money – over $3,000 – in a system that has completely failed to perform as promised. Despite repeated assurances that the problem was resolved, my basement has flooded multiple times, and the issue persists even a year later, particularly during rain. This has directly impacted my short-term rental contracts, resulting in substantial financial losses. Furthermore, I’ve been completely frustrated by the company’s lack of responsiveness; I’ve been trying to reach them for days with no success.
