  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this GC on our commercial build. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and professional, and they even went above and beyond by helping us resolve some issues we’d encountered with other contractors – particularly with the insulation and some plumbing problems that required additional drywall work. They also demonstrated a solid understanding of the NFPA 13 system, which was really reassuring. Just a heads-up – it’s worth discussing your desired level of finishing (like whether you want a skim coat applied after two coats) before getting a bid, to ensure everyone’s on the same page. I think some of the other reviews might be influenced by payment issues, which unfortunately can happen, but we were very satisfied with the final project. report abuse

  We were so thrilled with the work Jeff and his team at Northern Drywall Specialists did on our new home addition. They really elevated the space – their drywalling expertise was fantastic and the final result absolutely blew us away! From the initial consultation, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and paid such close attention to detail. We had a few tricky aspects with the addition, but they handled everything with such precision and completed the project perfectly on time.
