Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the construction of our new home. They finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus, and Julie Lashmit and Scott, our site supervisor, were both incredibly helpful and easy to work with. It was a truly great experience.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “Holiday Hills seems like a nice community for families, but there are some very strict rules in place. Residents with children are not permitted to ride bikes or play outdoors, and any violations result in a hefty fine of up to $1000. Disturbingly, residents have reported being sent photos of their children engaging in these activities, suggesting a level of intrusive and unacceptable behavior from the management.”

Bill was fantastic – he was still there even though the office was technically closed, and he really took the time to help my wife and me find the perfect design. I was really impressed with his patience and professionalism.
-
“We couldn’t be happier with our new home – Eastwood Custom Homes were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend them.”
-
I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly disappointing – they completely failed to deliver on their promises and seemed to operate with a disregard for their customers. The quality of work was also shockingly poor, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.
-
“I’m getting a little frustrated – I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for a quote, and it’s disappointing that I haven’t heard back like they initially promised just a week ago.”
-
This business is a real gem – clearly dedicated to its customers and always willing to help out. They also offer a good range of financing options, which is a really valuable asset.
-
“It’s clear these are a fantastic team – genuinely focused on both the people they work with and creating well-built homes.”
-
I would strongly advise against renting from this company. The management was really lacking, and it wasn’t a good experience for children – definitely not a kid-friendly place.
-
“The team at East Woods were incredibly helpful!”
