“I was really excited when I initially contacted them to get a quote – the scheduling went smoothly and it was great to hear the owner would be coming out to assess the job. However, they never showed up on the day they were scheduled to, and I received no communication whatsoever after the confirmation. I tried calling and texting the number I’d been using, but there was no response. While the photos of their previous work looked fantastic, the lack of communication and no-show were extremely disappointing.”
