  Honestly, my experience with Father and Son was incredibly frustrating. They were consistently slow to provide updates on my project, and the pricing was far too high for the level of service I received. The project manager seemed completely uninterested in following through, rescheduling it twice and ultimately never completing the work by December 18th. I felt like I had to escalate the situation significantly, even threatening legal action, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, despite their good rating on the Better Business Bureau – it simply doesn't reflect the reality of their service.
