  “I contacted Mr. Ross regarding a home security system and was frankly shocked by his response. While I understand he prefers in-home consultations, he immediately dismissed my inquiry about potential monthly costs, stating he wasn’t interested in my business if price was my primary concern. He then abruptly hung up the phone. It was incredibly disrespectful, especially considering I was simply trying to assess if his services aligned with our family’s budget – a crucial factor for a young family like ours. I was left feeling really disappointed and hurt by his dismissive and unprofessional behavior. It’s clear this company doesn’t value customer interactions, and I won’t be pursuing their services.” report abuse

  I was very disappointed with my experience. The representative I spoke with gave me incorrect information during our initial conversation, leading me to reconsider my decision to sign up for Vigilante. I’ve now chosen to go with a different service. I wanted to share my feedback – please carefully review all details before running a credit check.
