  “Kyle and Dennis were fantastic – they were incredibly reliable, showing up on time and working incredibly hard and keeping everything very clean. It turned out to be a more complex job than initially anticipated due to the unique layout of my basement, but they absolutely stuck with it and didn’t let it get them down. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially if you’re dealing with any water issues. Plus, the company they work for is a great one with truly great people!” report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the initial assessment of my crawl space issue. Will Horton from Basement Waterproofing was fantastic – he came out the next day, was incredibly respectful and polite, and really took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem. What impressed me most was that he actually went into the crawl space himself to see the extent of the issues, unlike another company who just quoted a price without even inspecting the space.   Overall, the team did an excellent job – they were punctual, delivered great results, and even took care of cleaning up afterward. A special shout-out to Kyle and Dennis, who returned after the two inspections to expertly pour the cement and complete the project.
