  Okay, I’d strongly advise against using this company for any basement repairs. I’ve heard from others who’ve had incredibly frustrating experiences, particularly if your basement has had work done by them before – they seem to deflect responsibility if something goes wrong. I used to recommend them after the 2019 Missouri River flooding, but I’ve now contacted everyone I know to warn them about my issues. If you’re considering working with them, meticulously document every conversation you have, and seriously consider getting legal advice. Don’t hesitate to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, or the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office – it’s really important to protect yourself. report abuse
