  “We hired Brightworks to get an independent assessment of our home after AFS was suggesting a significant investment in steel piers. Bart Berneche did a fantastic job – he thoroughly evaluated our house and explained everything clearly. He confirmed that our foundation was sound and didn’t need any repairs. He did identify a slight sag in our roof and advised on installing bracing, which we happily did for around $575. Honestly, it was money incredibly well spent; Bart’s evaluation saved us a lot of money and gave us real peace of mind.
