  “I want to share an absolutely wonderful experience I had with HVAC Heating and Cooling Service & Repair. Back on June 8th, 2025, I was really struggling – it had been a brutal two weeks without air conditioning during an incredibly hot and dangerous summer, and it was making things particularly difficult for my husband who has chronic health issues. I contacted several repair companies, but everyone was quoting incredibly high prices – upwards of $12,000 to $15,000 to replace the whole unit. Then, Jerry from HVAC Heating and Cooling came to the rescue! He took the time to diagnose the problem on a Sunday, fixed the leak and made the necessary repairs at a remarkably fair price. Jerry is truly a “good Samaritan,” and his kindness and generosity made a huge difference when I needed it most, especially considering my fixed income.   “I can’t say enough good things about Jerry! A couple of years ago, our previous HVAC company told us we had dangerously high CO levels and shut down our system, demanding a huge price tag for a replacement. After reading his reviews, I called Jerry for a second opinion, and he was amazing – he confirmed everything was fine and that the other company was trying to rip us off, and he didn’t charge a dime. Since then, our AC has run perfectly, and just this week during a brutal heatwave, it broke down. Jerry was there within 50 minutes of me texting him, and we were back to a cool house by 11 pm. He’s incredibly responsive and honest – he never tries to sell us anything extra and always assures us our existing system is working correctly.   “Jerry was fantastic – he was incredibly honest and straightforward from the start. He quickly identified the need for a replacement AC unit and, within the same evening, he and his assistant delivered and installed it, completing the job over the weekend.
