  Jerry was absolutely fantastic! He’s incredibly responsive and reliable – he always answers our calls and gets out to us the same day, often within an hour. We were really lucky when our AC went out just as the temperature started climbing to 90 degrees, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a clear breakdown of our options – repair versus replacement. We ended up going with the replacement, and his quote was significantly lower than what we received from Goettl. Best of all, he installed the new unit the very same day! He was so professional and even took the time to walk us through the registration process to make sure we got the full extended warranty.   Jerry did a fantastic job installing my new mini-split unit in the garage. He was incredibly professional, explained everything he was doing, and I really appreciated his thoroughness. The unit itself looks great and is keeping my garage nice and cool! He even took the time to check out my house’s AC unit and quickly identified and fixed the issue that was causing the loud thud.   Jerry was fantastic – truly a first-rate tech and a really great person to work with. I was in a bind with my mini-split system and he responded so quickly, coming out immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did he get the system back up and running, but he also gave me a clear, honest assessment of what needed to be done to avoid future issues.   Jerry was fantastic – really professional and responsive. Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday morning, and he was there incredibly quickly, which was amazing considering it was a Sunday.   Jerry was fantastic! We had a problem with our HVAC and he was over the next day to quickly diagnose it. He was really knowledgeable and honest about our options, and we appreciated him taking the time to find us a new unit.   Jerry was a lifesaver! We had a broken AC unit on a Sunday night, and it was incredibly difficult to find someone to come out. Luckily, Jerry answered the phone directly, which was a huge relief. He arrived within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem – a plastic bag had jammed the fan and motor – and quickly fixed it. He also replaced a faulty part.
