“I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased I was with the service Brandy and Marco provided. Both were so professional and friendly, but Brandy really stood out – she took the time to fully understand my needs and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. I especially appreciated her warm and welcoming demeanor. Marco was fantastic too! He was so polite, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely confident in his work. After he finished, he even checked everything with me and walked me through the next steps. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to explain things so well and listens to your questions – it made the whole experience so positive and refreshing!”

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Rite Way! About two years ago, I needed my AC replaced and they were fantastic. Seriously, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The team is incredibly professional. I’d been dealing with recurring plumbing issues in my Tucson home for years – it felt like a constant battle with clogged drains. Thankfully, when my usual plumber retired, I reached out to Rite Way, and they completely turned things around. James and his team – Angela, Randy, Nick, Joaquin, Jarrod, Anthony, Griffin, Corey, Ladislou, Jude, Noah, Eddie and Adam – were amazing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, not just fixed it, but also thoroughly checked my whole plumbing system and gave me some great recommendations. Everyone worked so diligently and professionally over several days to get everything sorted out, and they were so considerate of my family’s needs, minimizing any disruption to our daily lives. I just wanted to share how impressed I was with Alexis Hull’s service today. He was not only professional and really pleasant, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning my blower wheel even with the extreme heat outside. Zachary was absolutely fantastic – truly a lifesaver! Given that it was a weekend and I was heading into surgery on Monday, it was incredibly stressful dealing with a clogged drain. Zachary not only took care of the drain issue quickly, but he also went above and beyond by fixing a leaky valve under the sink, which meant I wouldn’t have to worry about dealing with a bucket situation until I got home. I really appreciated his understanding of how demanding the circumstances were, his willingness to do more than just the initial job, and how thorough he was.
