  “I was so relieved when Rite Way’s technician was able to get to my place so quickly on a Friday when my AC went out. Sadly, the unit was beyond repair, but the situation was handled brilliantly. Project Manager Chasen was incredibly helpful, stepping in within an hour to help me find a replacement. They even lent us a portable AC to keep things comfortable while we waited for the new unit to be installed. After the installation, I’m absolutely thrilled! Ricardo, Ayden, and Thomas were fantastic – they did an amazing job working in the extreme heat, were incredibly professional and friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even cleaned up after themselves and left my house better than they found it. Seriously, thank you Rite Way for going above and beyond!” report abuse

  “Ayden and Ricardo did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new AC gaspack – they really went above and beyond, especially considering it was 105° outside! They got the system up and running as quickly as possible, and they were incredibly thorough, cleaning up everything and even taking preventative measures like adding mesh to keep out pack rats. I was really impressed with their attention to detail, particularly the way they shielded the wires running under the house and up to the thermostat to protect them from rodents. He was incredibly professional, arrived right on time, and really took the time to explain everything about the repair to my AC unit. He even checked out my second unit while he was there! The whole process was quick and efficient – he had the necessary part and got it replaced in one visit.   “I’m really happy with Rite Way – I completely get why they’re called that! From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly and patient, taking all my questions and worries seriously. When my AC went out, I reached out and they really stepped up. Oscar and Brian were fantastic at diagnosing the problem and clearly explaining all the possible solutions, even using visuals to help me understand what was best for my home.   “Emanuel and Jose were absolutely fantastic – so knowledgeable and professional! It was my first time getting an AC replaced, and I had a ton of questions, which I’ll admit, I get really curious about things. They both patiently answered everything I asked, and the installation went really well and surprisingly quickly, except for the cover, which they’ve arranged to be handled by a specialist.
