  I was really disappointed with the customer service I received this morning. The gentleman near the entrance seemed to lack product knowledge and, frankly, didn’t seem very approachable.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend [Company Name] based on my experience. I contacted them for a quote on roof panels, but after a full week, I never received a response. It seemed like they weren’t very responsive, and I ended up going with Thunder Mountain Metals who provided a quote within minutes. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with the experience today. The computer system stated they were open until 4:00 PM, however, when I arrived at 1:53 PM, the gates were already locked and there was no one visible to let me in. The person I spoke to on the phone gave a different time (2:00 PM), which unfortunately didn't match reality. report abuse
