  “During our eight years in Tucson, we unfortunately found this company to be incredibly unreliable and, frankly, quite dishonest. The biggest issue was the lack of a standard home sale clause in their 3-year contract, which left us with no real protection. To add to the frustration, the new homeowners were abruptly informed they’d be responsible for purchasing over $500 worth of new equipment for a property that was already in perfect working order.” report abuse

  I’d strongly advise against using this company. I had a really frustrating experience with their technicians – they repeatedly sent people who couldn’t diagnose or resolve the problem, constantly making excuses about needing to order parts and rescheduling.
