  Pricila was incredibly pleased with the work Sandy’s crew did last year. They efficiently trimmed a tree and cleaned up tough areas in her yard, leaving everything spotless. She especially appreciated their responsiveness and the hard work of the team. report abuse

  I am incredibly disappointed with this company’s behavior. They were scheduled to demonstrate two mobile homes on my property, and I specifically asked my daughter to observe them without touching anything, especially the piles of items they had set up. To ensure transparency, my daughter watched as the two employees went through my belongings and, shockingly, stole over $5,000 worth of my possessions. After she left, I set up cameras to monitor their actions, and the footage clearly shows them taking my items. I contacted the owner, provided her with the video evidence, and she completely dismissed my concerns, claiming my employees didn’t steal anything and that my son had given them permission to handle my property. Despite seeing the undeniable theft on the video, she still insisted they only took a few movies. I’m absolutely furious, and I’m taking this seriously. I’m planning to file reports with the authorities, the Better Business Bureau, and will be contacting the media to expose their dishonest and illegal actions. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. From the start, there were serious issues with their pricing – they quoted me a price and then didn’t stick to it, claiming the worker was never informed of a change. Worse, the worker cut my concrete driveway, staining it badly, and refused to address the mess. Ultimately, I had to pay to have it pressure washed, and even then, it wasn’t fully resolved. On top of that, the worker damaged my main water line and sewage drain line because he wasn’t careful with the saw – despite my specific instructions on the desired depth. And to add to the frustration, the billing woman was extremely difficult to deal with, often interrupting me and resorting to threatening me with a lien over everything. It was a really unpleasant and unprofessional experience overall.” report abuse

  Despite some initial frustrations with the workers themselves, the project managers really stepped up and handled everything effectively. Ultimately, that kind of resolution and support was exactly what was needed. report abuse
