“I haven’t had the chance to work with them directly, but I’ve been really impressed by their demolition work on nearby properties. They’re incredibly fast and efficient. What’s particularly appreciated is that they take steps to minimize dust – spraying water on the debris as they load it up. It’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference for us as a neighboring business, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that.”

Honestly, this company just seems determined to discard everything. They have a really negative approach to demolition – they’re not concerned with preserving anything, actively discourage resellers, and essentially destroy valuable architectural elements. It’s clear they have no interest in protecting or retaining any of the materials they remove.

“We observed a driver with license plate CJ65498 exhibiting very concerning behavior on 4th Avenue Bike Boulevard. It’s currently designated as a ‘slow street’ with barricades in place to create a public space, and the driver was dangerously swerving around them while traveling well above the speed limit. This is a serious safety issue.”
-
Overall, this was a really positive experience. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the customer service was top-notch. It’s a nice balance – professional and efficient, but with a really welcoming, down-to-earth feel, like a small town business.
-
“They were absolutely fantastic – the best demolition crew I’ve ever worked with, and truly the best I’ve seen anywhere.”
-
“The overall experience was quite frustrating, largely due to a consistently unpleasant atmosphere and some seriously reckless driving.”
-
“The team consistently struggled to meet customer expectations, often resulting in negative feedback and requiring significant intervention to resolve issues.”
