Boris has always been fantastic – he’s always punctual, really understands what we need, and his team is just incredibly friendly and professional. We recently had them install two new security lights, including a new wire and box, and they took care of everything perfectly.   I was really frustrated with Boris and his team’s work. They’d done a solid job updating my electrical box three years ago, but recently, when I was getting solar panels installed, it turned out the final inspection hadn’t been completed and the breakers weren’t labeled. It was incredibly inconvenient that he put off addressing this for two weeks after I contacted him. Honestly, it felt like he wasn’t committed to seeing a job through to the end. report abuse

  Boris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job completely overhauling the electrical system in our 84+ year old home. They handled everything from the new 400A main service to updating the internal wiring and even installing new EV chargers and exterior cameras – and tackled a bunch of other projects around the property too. We’re so thrilled with the quality of the work and how incredibly flexible they were throughout the whole process, working around our schedule seamlessly.   “I was really pleased with A American Electrical’s work on the first job – Boris is a skilled electrician and a genuinely nice guy. However, scheduling the second job was a bit frustrating. I ended up having to call three times before he showed up as agreed, and that was a disappointing experience, despite the excellent quality of the work itself.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this team – they were fantastic to work with. Boris kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. When I needed the job done quickly, within a two-day timeframe, they arrived the next day and expertly resolved the issues. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem using some advanced tools, and I was particularly struck by their thoroughness. Importantly, they didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services. They were also incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions with a really positive attitude.   Boris’s initial estimate was significantly higher than the final bill – it jumped from $325 to $475, which was really disappointing. However, I want to give a special shout-out to the actual workers he hired; they did a fantastic job and were truly excellent. They’re the reason I wasn’t able to give a lower rating. report abuse

  I was really impressed with American Electrical Services – they did a fantastic job with both my kitchen remodel and getting our electrical box updated. They were incredibly reliable, always on time, and worked so efficiently. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Boris, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the work. He’d even check in every evening after the job was done to double-check everything and see if I had any questions. There was one instance where I wasn't sure about the wiring setup, and he took the time to do it exactly as I envisioned. They finished everything quickly and to a really high standard, and the rates were very reasonable. Boris is a genuinely nice and polite guy, and I’ve definitely found my go-to electrician now – I highly recommend them! report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with one of the gentlemen, who had a noticeable accent. He gave me some incorrect information, which left me completely confused about the service and its timeline. I tried to get him connected to someone who could help, but unfortunately, he became quite agitated and created a scene in the building.” report abuse
