  Honestly, I was really let down by Boris and his team. They did a decent job updating my electrical box three years ago, but recently, when I was preparing to install solar panels, I discovered that the final inspection hadn't been completed and the breakers weren't properly labeled. It took him two weeks to even address the issue, and I ended up having to handle it myself. I just don’t get why some contractors can’t seem to take pride in their work and follow through on their commitments. report abuse

  “Boris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job completely overhauling the electrical system in our 84+ year old home. They tackled everything from the main service to the internal wiring, even adding new EV chargers and exterior cameras – and they handled so many other projects around the property.   “I was really pleased with the initial work done by American Electrical – Boris is a skilled electrician. However, scheduling a follow-up appointment was a bit frustrating. I ended up calling three times before he showed up as scheduled, and that’s what left me feeling disappointed.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team was fantastic – Boris was particularly responsive, keeping me updated every step of the way. They were incredibly efficient, arriving the next day to address the issue and thoroughly diagnosing the problem with their tools. What impressed me most was their honesty and lack of upselling; they only offered what I needed. They were also incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions with a really positive attitude.   “Boris’s initial estimate was significantly higher than the final bill – he quoted $325, but the actual cost ended up being $475. That was quite a surprise and frankly, a disappointing change.   “I couldn’t be happier with American Electrical Services! They recently completed a kitchen remodel and updated our electrical box for us, and they were fantastic. They were always on time, incredibly efficient, and truly problem solvers – they just got the job done right. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Boris, the owner, is a genuinely wonderful guy. He went above and beyond, like when I had questions about the wiring and he personally ensured it was done exactly to my specifications. He’d even check in every evening after work to make sure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied.
