  “On July 29th, we experienced a power outage due to high humidity and heat. We tried switching the breakers, but it didn’t resolve the issue. When we called JMAC, the service agents were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to really understand the problem and suggest some potential diagnoses.   Overall, I had a really positive experience. Despite a slightly rocky start with the appointment scheduling, everything was ultimately resolved very well for me.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I only got to use my 110V hot tub for one day before the outlet stopped working.
