  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Arizona Tile and Grout did on our travertine floors – and our shower tiles too! Robert and his team were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to restore our floors to almost new condition. Honestly, the difference is unbelievable; it’s like a completely new floor! They were so efficient, getting the job done in just two days, even though our tiles were in really bad shape. They took extra care to protect our floors while they worked, and we were amazed at how seamless the whole process was, especially since they finished the job while we were at work. We’d seen their ad in Home magazine and called Rob, who was fantastic – incredibly professional and patient when he gave us a quote. What really impressed us was his willingness to get the job done before Thanksgiving, just four days before! His team was sharp, friendly, and really made sure we were happy with the progress. The job turned out absolutely perfect and on time. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was definitely worth the investment to have such skilled and reliable professionals.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Arizona Tile & Grout, and especially Rob, did on our travertine floors. We were surprised to learn that a top coat wasn’t suitable for travertine, which meant a complete strip, clean, and seal was needed. Rob’s professionalism and clear communication were exactly what we were looking for when we got several estimates. His team was incredibly reliable – they arrived on time and took the time to walk through the house with me to ensure we were completely aligned on the work. I felt completely confident leaving them to it, and they were nearly finished within a few hours! They even proactively checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied, quickly resolving any minor concerns without hesitation. When I had a quick question after they left, Rob personally sent Derek to address it right away, and they didn’t leave until I was completely happy. Honestly, the guys themselves were fantastic – so professional and clearly knew what they were doing, which was a huge relief considering the floors had been previously mistreated.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the tile cleaning and sealing service Rob and his team provided at our bank – the difference was immediately noticeable, and customers commented on how much brighter and cleaner everything looked. We decided to give them a try for our own home, and we couldn’t be happier! They completely transformed our ceramic tile floors, which had just been swept and mopped for the last 14 years. They stripped the old grout, re-grouted everything, and gave the floors a deep clean – the result was incredible, and our neighbors have already commented on how much cleaner and shinier our home looks.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! Seeing the before and after pictures – both taken with the same iPhone – is truly incredible. I honestly didn’t think my sixteen-year-old tile could look this good! Rob did a fantastic job explaining the process. He was upfront about the cost being higher than a regular cleaning, but it’s honestly a tiny fraction of what it would have cost to remodel. He correctly identified that sealing the grout with a lighter color was the key to making the grout lines disappear and brighten up the tile. The whole team was fantastic – Derek arrived right on time for the prep work, and Rob and the rest were all so polite and professional. They tackled the kitchen, family room, and three bathrooms in just one day, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. It was definitely worth every penny!” report abuse
