Rob was fantastic – so knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and just a really easy person to talk to. The whole process was amazing and the results were far better than we ever anticipated. The team who did the work were incredibly professional, really kind, and they paid such careful attention to detail.   “We were so thrilled with the work Rob and his team did! Rob really took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly – he didn’t try to upsell us at all, and we appreciated that. His crew was fantastic; you could tell they genuinely cared about their work, which made a huge difference. They tackled everything we needed, from cleaning and resealing our travertine floors and countertops to repairing the grout and even removing those annoying etching spots we hadn’t even noticed.
