  “We’d been dreaming of remodeling our master bathroom for years, and we’d gotten at least six different estimates – none of them really worked out. Other contractors kept having to bring in outside help, didn't seem to understand our vision, and their estimates were just too high. Then we found Arizona Floor, Kitchen & Bath, and it was a total game-changer. Larry really listened to what we wanted, and he had a fantastic understanding of how to pull the whole project together – from the tile and lighting to the counters and hardware. The timeline was perfect, and the team started the work the very next week. Everything was done quickly and professionally.   “I’d strongly advise against using this contractor. The installation was significantly different from the drawings they provided, and there were serious issues with the work – specifically, the kitchen cabinets were hung incorrectly, with too few screws securing them to the studs, creating a real safety hazard. They also left the job unfinished, forcing me to hire another contractor to completely redo the installation.” report abuse

  “I contacted them to get an estimate, and they came out to measure the space. They promised to send me an email with the estimate, but I never received it. I followed up multiple times, but they continued to say they’d send it, and it still never arrived. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend them.” report abuse
