  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this contractor’s work. They disappeared without any communication and didn’t complete the job. I had to constantly chase them down to find out where they were. Despite requesting different teams, they kept sending the same unreliable crew. They made several serious errors, including installing subfloor materials over old tiles and splashing concrete onto my freshly painted walls – they didn’t even bother cleaning it up! The flooring dividers were also installed incorrectly, causing the carpet to stick out. To make matters worse, they left all their materials and the entire mess from the old floors outside in the rain and scattered across my yard, which is now a huge problem. They didn’t clean up a single thing. I'm extremely unhappy with the quality of their work and the complete lack of professionalism. report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with Express Flooring. I contacted them a little over a week ago to get my carpets stretched – they’d started to ripple after years of use. I provided them with all the documentation and photos they needed, but I’m still waiting for a response or even a simple appointment. To make matters worse, another company was able to take care of the job quickly. I’m definitely not going to be using Express Flooring again. report abuse

However, their price was absolutely unbeatable, and I’m so glad we went with them for our carpet installation. The team was incredibly polite and professional – they even moved all of our furniture out and back in! They did a fantastic job, and we had all four bedrooms redone, and they look absolutely amazing.
