“I was really disappointed with this survey. They seemed to stall for a long time and never actually provided the official documentation needed to make the survey valid. And honestly, the glowing reviews I saw seemed like they were posted by the wrong people – they appeared to be about a completely different company.”
-
“I’m extremely disappointed with the responsiveness of the Phoenix or Tucson locations. Following completion of work and payment, it’s taking them an unacceptable amount of time – days, even weeks – to return phone calls. This level of communication is simply not sustainable.”
-
“Charles was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve encountered during my time in Arizona. He really went above and beyond to assist me, and I honestly believe he’s one of the best drivers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”
-
Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely fail to deliver on their promise of a quick turnaround, and when I raised concerns about the timeline, I was met with a disrespectful and unprofessional response. I would absolutely give them no stars if I could.

Danial did a fantastic job picking up my Corvette – it was a beautiful car and he handled it with such care and professionalism. He was really polite and did everything exactly right. I’d definitely recommend Downtown Auto Towing to anyone needing a tow.

“I spoke with Art, and unfortunately, my experience with him was really disappointing. He wasn’t particularly responsive or helpful. I’d requested a survey for a civil engineer, but when I called to cancel it on Monday morning, he told me it had already been completed. It felt quite disorganized.”
-
“Robert was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to help us get home safely after we got stuck on the freeway with a blown tire and our 80 lb Rottweiler. Really a kind and helpful guy – we’re so grateful!”

I strongly advise against hiring this survey company. They are not licensed to operate in Arizona and lack the proper certification to perform survey work. The quality of their work is also substandard. Please check with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (AZBTR) before proceeding with any project – you can find more information at [Insert AZBTR website link here if available].
-
“I strongly advise against using this surveying firm. The owner is unlicensed, and there are numerous reports of customers being cheated – they receive no work or drawings after paying for services. If you’ve been affected, please contact Azbtr for assistance.”
-
“Overall, this was a really positive effort. It’s clear there’s a strong commitment to improvement and a genuine desire for a brighter future – ‘Thank you for better tomorrow’ perfectly captures that spirit.”
