  “I was really disappointed with this survey. They seemed to be dragging their feet, constantly delaying providing the necessary stamp to make the survey officially valid.   “I’m really concerned about the communication I’ve been experiencing with the Phoenix and Tucson offices. They’re consistently failing to respond to phone calls, even after completing work and receiving payment. It’s been days, sometimes weeks, without a reply, which is unacceptable.” report abuse

  Charles was absolutely fantastic – truly one of the nicest and most helpful drivers I’ve encountered during my time in Arizona. He really went above and beyond to assist me, and I can honestly say he’s been the best driver I’ve had in all my years of traveling. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely fail to deliver on their promise of a quick turnaround, and when I raised concerns about timelines, I was met with a disrespectful and unprofessional response.   “I had a really frustrating experience speaking with Art. He was incredibly unprofessional – he initially promised a survey the following week, but when I called on Monday morning to cancel it because I needed a different type for my civil engineer, he told me the survey had already been completed.   Robert was an absolute lifesaver! He went completely out of his way to help us when we got stuck on the freeway with a blown tire and our dog, and he made absolutely sure we got home safely. Really a very nice man – we’re so grateful! report abuse

  Please be aware that this company is not properly licensed to conduct surveys in Arizona, and they don’t have the necessary credentials to certify survey work. We strongly advise against hiring them – please contact the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (AZBTR) to confirm their legitimacy before proceeding with any project. report abuse

  “I want to strongly advise against using this surveying firm. The owner is currently unlicensed, and there have been numerous reports of customers being defrauded – they’ve been given no work or drawings after paying for services.
