  “I can’t overstate how disappointed we were with this project. We invested over $200,000, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. It quickly became clear that David, the business owner, struggled with communication and seemed more interested in upselling us than delivering a quality job. The design process was a constant battle, with David pushing for larger designs despite our initial requests. Furthermore, the workmanship was shockingly poor. Many of the plants died within a year without replacement, and the flagstone around the pool quickly deteriorated, requiring multiple, unsatisfactory repairs. It was obvious they hadn't followed standard installation practices – the flagstone was installed on a shockingly inadequate base, and the installers wouldn’t even identify themselves. David’s lack of accountability was truly concerning. He dismissed our concerns and offered flimsy excuses, refusing to name the installer and attempting to shift the blame to our ‘bad soil.’ Frankly, it felt like he was cutting corners to maximize profit. We ultimately had to remove the flagstone to confirm the substandard installation. It’s clear David doesn’t value his employees or his clients. Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering working with him to avoid doing so.” report abuse

  “Overall, ATLC and Economy Pools did an absolutely fantastic job on this project. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. They seamlessly combined with ekonomy Pools to win the bid for our 25-year-old pool and crumbling deck, including extending a new wall around the perimeter. Dave’s suggestion of incorporating a planter with the existing features was brilliant – it transformed the space! Everything was delivered perfectly: on time, within budget to the penny, and with a design that far surpassed anything we initially envisioned. They were a great team – big enough to handle the complexity of the job, but small enough to demonstrate real pride in their workmanship.” report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I’m currently having some work done in my backyard, and I was already feeling uneasy about it. Because of this, I reached out to see if I could get a more experienced professional to assess the job. Honestly, I’m not comfortable continuing with this company after that initial interaction – it felt like I was being talked down to, and it was a very upsetting experience.” report abuse

They really took the time to listen to our vision for our Tucson home, and together they completely transformed our front and back yards. David was fantastic – he kept us updated throughout the whole project, and we’re just thrilled with the stunning results.   “I can’t recommend All Terrain. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We commissioned them to add a water feature to our pool, and it took over two and a half months without any resolution. The waterfall never functioned, and when we contacted customer service, we received unhelpful support. We were eventually forced to hire a completely different company to fix the mess and redo the entire project – essentially starting from scratch. It was clear they used poor-quality materials and the workmanship was substandard. We were never offered a refund for the wasted time and effort, and we ended up paying twice for the same work. Thankfully, the new company managed to get everything sorted, but it was a truly awful experience and a complete waste of money.” report abuse

He’s incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but what really stood out was his friendly and caring personality. What really stands out is their communication; they always give us a heads-up if they’re running behind, and the same friendly team consistently provides excellent service. They’re really thoughtful too, always checking everything thoroughly and they’re great with our kids.   “We were so pleased with All Terrain – they did a fantastic job replacing the deteriorating flagstones on our pool deck. They took care of everything, from removing the old stones to installing the new ones, and they even cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
