  “Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. The communication and scheduling were consistently poor – we were billed for work that wasn’t completed and couldn’t get anyone to return our calls when they said they would. The only bright spot was the cleanup crew; they were incredibly thorough and worked very hard. I’d definitely recommend them, but the project management side of things needs serious improvement.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with GR Design. They tackled three different projects for me – removing a dead saguaro, redoing some pavers, and a significant re-bond job on my pool’s bullnose, plus resetting around 500 square feet of pavers to fix the drainage. The price was fair, and the crew did a fantastic job; they were responsive to any questions I had and even helped me come up with a creative solution to a tricky drainage problem. My only reason for not giving a five-star rating was one follow-up call to clarify a few details, but I'd absolutely feel comfortable using them again for future landscaping work. report abuse
