  Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here – the staff are lovely and friendly. However, be warned: service can be incredibly slow. I waited about 15 minutes sitting before being asked to stand and then spent a lot of time just moving around, waiting for my order. If you’re in a rush, it’s probably not the best place to go. report abuse

  I absolutely loved my visit! They have an amazing selection of metal items – perfect for crafting, outdoor projects, or just finding something unique. The staff were so friendly and helpful, really knowledgeable about everything they offered.   “Honestly, you’re paying too much when you buy metal supplies from the big box stores. Industrial Metal Supply in Tucson is a much better option. They’re the biggest supplier of metal stock in the area, carrying everything from mild steel and stainless steel to tool steel and aluminum – in sheets, bars, and tubes, perfect for manufacturing, construction, and even projects like hobbies and DIY. They’re equipped to handle large orders, but they’re just as happy to help you find a few feet of aluminum tube. You should definitely check out their website to get an idea of what they offer, and I recommend spending some time browsing their showroom – you might be surprised by the variety. Plus, their Phoenix location has a wider selection, and they can usually get whatever you need delivered the next day.” report abuse
