  It’s wonderful to see such a vibrant and well-run community! The residents really go above and beyond – from the fantastic craft and art fairs held at the clubhouse to the thoughtful gesture of Santa delivering special gifts to all the local children. It’s clear there’s always something happening and a strong sense of togetherness. report abuse

  Overall, this mobile home park seems like a really positive find. It was incredibly clean – spotless, actually – and the amenities like the pool, clubhouse, and gated entrance were all in great shape. We spent some time visiting while a friend was moving in, and it was surprisingly quiet, even on the weekends. It’s a real gem in Tucson, and I’m definitely considering it as a potential place to move. report abuse

  “I’ve been living here for seven years and I absolutely love it! It’s so peaceful and the management team is fantastic – they’re really helpful and always willing to work with you.   This place was really lovely – peaceful and very safe, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The pools were fantastic, especially the heated one, and I thought the spa was particularly good too. There were also lots of activities going on in the clubhouse, which was a nice bonus. report abuse

  Overall, it’s a really well-managed property. I’ve consistently found the staff to be incredibly friendly and respectful, and the entire area is kept exceptionally clean and feels very safe. report abuse

  “This place is fantastic! The Clubhouse itself is really awesome, and there’s something for everyone. You can enjoy a game of pool, take a dip in the heated lap pool or the main pool, or relax in the jacuzzi. It’s also a great spot to bring the kids or grandkids – there’s a fantastic park right next door with slides and plenty to keep them entertained.” report abuse
