  “I’ve lived here since 2016, and overall it’s been a pretty peaceful experience. There’s a lot of turnover with new mobile homes coming in, and it’s generally quiet, with the exception of the train running nearby. I’ve always felt it’s a nice, family-friendly community and haven’t had any issues during my time here.” report abuse

  Honestly, the park’s really taken a hit. It was in much better shape when Ted, Joe, and Alfredo were running things. After they left, and with the change in ownership, it’s really slipped. I’d give it a 2 out of 10 – it needs a serious overhaul. report abuse
