  Les was fantastic – he called the same day I needed an estimate and really walked me through the whole chip sealing process. I especially appreciated his detailed explanation of everything they’d do, from sweeping and filling low spots to the final rolling and oiling.   Honestly, we were thrilled with the final result, but our experience working with Les was incredibly frustrating. It felt like the entire process was needlessly complicated, and we seriously worried about him. His son had to step in several times to correct misstatements and clarify things, which really highlighted how disorganized and unreliable he was. He frequently misrepresented conversations and made the whole project much harder than it needed to be. report abuse
