  Mark was a really helpful guy. He came to my house for a free consultation and took the time to listen to my worries about protecting my valuables.   “Central Alarm has unfortunately become increasingly unreliable. They started as a local business, but now rely on an outsourced call center, and this shift seems to have impacted their service. Specifically, the recent data migration caused a major issue with the order of alarm notifications – a critical problem for a company like theirs.
