  “As a customer of nearly 45 years – I’ve been with them since the 80s when I specifically chose them for their UL-approved central monitoring – I’m really disappointed with the current service. It’s become incredibly difficult to get the support I need, and now the monitoring is handled by a call center in Utah.   “I was a customer of Bay Alarm, which Central Alarm now owns. I had a combined internet and cellular service package for my home. Unfortunately, I experienced frequent disruptions – calls would drop when my internet went down. It started shortly after I initially signed up.” report abuse

  “Central Alarm’s service has really declined since they moved to an outsourced call center. The recent data migration caused a significant issue – the order of alarm notifications is completely mixed up.
