  I had a really frustrating experience at this shop. The front desk guy was incredibly rude, and I felt completely ripped off. He charged me full price for scrap metal that was clearly damaged – it was bent, rusted, and a leftover piece he wasn't supposed to be selling. To make matters worse, he charged me for each individual cut they made, even though they were cutting through the entire sheet at once, and the cuts were completely out of square.   “I was really pleased with the service until I needed to adjust my order for a fence project. I discovered I needed longer steel beams, and when I tried to swap out some of the shorter pieces for 24-footers, they insisted on a 20% restocking fee – which, of course, significantly increased the cost. That was incredibly frustrating, and I ended up having to find a new supplier, Superior Steel, who offered the same material for 10% less. I’m now working with them for the rest of my materials and it’s boosted my profits. I also want to mention that the team in the yard is always quick and helpful.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my visit today. I went at 3:50 to purchase a 20ft piece of round steel, only to be told the yard was closed despite being advertised as open for business. It felt like a complete waste of time, especially since I traveled during peak hours for nothing. They really need to reconsider their operating hours. report abuse
