David C., our salesman, was really knowledgeable and explained everything about the windows – particularly how the construction and special coating help block heat, which is a huge benefit for us living here in Arizona. We also appreciated that their prices were competitive and they offered manageable financing. The whole process, from the initial measurement to the final installation, went smoothly. The installation crew was fantastic – respectful, professional, and did a truly excellent job.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Tucson Window and Door. I ordered a high-end rear door with insulation, blinds, and a pet door – a total of around $3,600, which was a significant investment. Despite the order being placed on July 13, 2021, I received absolutely no communication whatsoever. Ninety days later, the door hadn’t arrived. I finally got a response from a sales rep, Rafael, on October 1st, after I’d contacted them, but even he didn’t follow up beyond that. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, like Window Depot. report abuse

  Overall, we were really impressed with the Delmar Anlin team. From the initial consultation right through to the installation, they treated us and our home with a level of respect and professionalism we hadn’t always experienced with other contractors. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and meticulous about keeping the work area clean. We’ve had some less-than-ideal experiences in the past, so it was a welcome change. The new Delmar Anlin windows – particularly the three patio sliding windows and the windows near our AC – are a huge step up. They’re noticeably stronger, quieter, and the screens offer a much clearer view. We’re so pleased with the quality and are already planning to have Tucson Windows and Doors handle the rest of our window replacements. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this company. From the initial consultation at my home, the team was incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable about the different window options. I’m absolutely thrilled with the windows and french doors – my home feels so much more secure, and the insulation is fantastic, which I’m really looking forward to using this summer. The staff were also excellent, providing great customer service. My only small suggestion would be that the plaster repair around the windows and doors could have been a little more polished, as I'm a detail-oriented person.   We absolutely love our new windows from Tucson Window and Door! From the moment they were installed, we’ve noticed a huge difference – we haven’t needed to run our swamp cooler at all, which is fantastic. The house is so much quieter, and the windows really block out the heat when the sun is shining. The installation was incredibly professional; two guys did a fantastic job installing all seven windows in just four and a half hours. They were really careful and cleaned up after themselves, and it’s clear they took the time to get the measurements perfect – inside and out. David Cruze, our salesperson, was also amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the products, pricing, and financing options, and he spent nearly four hours with us answering all of our questions and securing us a great deal with factory rebates and company discounts. We’re planning an addition to our house soon and will definitely be calling Tucson Window and Door again for more windows and sliding doors. We wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse
