  Honestly, this store left a really bad impression. It was pretty messy – there was debris scattered around the aisles and it just didn’t feel very clean. A lot of the food was past its expiration date, and they were already out of stock on several items that were expected to be unavailable for months. The staff were friendly enough, but you could tell they were incredibly stressed. Plus, the location itself is in a less desirable area. I wouldn't recommend visiting this store – it’s just not a good experience. report abuse

  “I really love this place – it’s super convenient to walk to, and I appreciate the wide selection of goods at prices that are really good. But what really makes it special is the staff; they’re always so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely go out of their way to help you out.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience trying to return an item. The manager at the first location insisted there were no returns due to COVID, despite the website confirming it was allowed. He only acknowledged the initial purchase of the leggings and dismissed the second item as a separate charge for shorts without a tag – which didn’t make sense. He wouldn’t listen to my explanation, and it ended up wasting a lot of time and a trip back and forth three times. Thankfully, the second location with Latonya was completely different; she handled the return quickly and efficiently. It was a terrible start to the process.” report abuse

  “This store is really struggling. It’s incredibly cluttered with boxes, making it nearly impossible to shop or even navigate the aisles. They’re constantly out of the dog food, and it seems like they’ve stopped carrying it altogether. The store itself feels pretty rundown. It’s frustrating that they’re understaffed and employees are constantly interrupted, having to prioritize customer service over stocking shelves. It feels like the company isn’t connected to what’s actually happening on the store floor – a real shame.” report abuse

  “It was really disappointing to see the shelves were completely bare for Christmas, especially since other stores in the area had stocked up for Valentine’s Day. With only one employee handling a line of about seven customers, and that employee repeatedly apologizing for the lack of stock, the customer experience was noticeably lacking.” report abuse

  “I absolutely love shopping there – it’s super convenient being just a mile or two away! They’ve really expanded their selection, so it’s great for grabbing anything you need before heading to the grocery store.
