I’m writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred tonight involving one of your employees. While I was approaching the Hard Rock Casino on Highway 244, an employee in a company work truck abruptly swerved into my lane, causing me to lose control and nearly driving off the road. He then parked near the 727 bar and, incredibly, deliberately ran me and my three children off the road before flipping me off. I’m extremely worried about this reckless behavior and the potential for a serious accident. I’ve observed him driving at an excessive speed – approximately 90 mph – and weaving dangerously through traffic. I have video evidence and witness accounts of this incident, and I intend to report this behavior to relevant regulatory agencies to ensure the safety of your employees and the public.

“Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a construction company. They completely blocked the road during the inspection, with no warning or signage at all. And it wasn’t just that – they were operating heavy machinery slowly down the road while the foreman went for lunch! It was completely disorganized and frankly, unbelievable. It’s clear they don’t understand how to manage a road crew properly.”
-
“I just wanted to express how incredibly pleased I was with the work on the Turner Turnpike extension into Tulsa. It’s fantastic to see things moving so quickly and efficiently, and with such a minimal disruption – it’s been a huge relief not having to constantly stop between Bristow and the Yale exit, especially with my commute to St. Francis.”
-
“I’m really concerned about the safety issues raised in these reviews. It sounds like there are serious concerns about employee driving behavior, and it’s worrying to hear that this lack of attention might be impacting their work performance. It’s crucial to address this directly – a conversation about how employees represent the company, both on and off the job, is absolutely necessary. I appreciate the feedback regarding the individuals involved and will investigate further.”

“I’m extremely concerned about the progress on the ODOT intersection project in Jenks. Despite the contract deadline of February, very little work has been finished, and now city officials can’t even give us a realistic completion date. I’ve been visiting the site regularly, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see so many days with no workers present. This delay is causing a significant inconvenience for residents in the surrounding neighborhoods, and frankly, Sherwood Construction doesn’t appear to be prioritizing this project.”

“Martin was an absolute lifesaver! My battery died in the freezing cold, and without hesitation, he stepped in to help me get my car started. It was such a kind and generous thing to do, and I really appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond. He’s the kind of person you want on your team – truly outstanding!”
-
“During our visit, we observed a concerning lack of social distancing among some of the Sherwood Construction employees. Specifically, I had to repeatedly ask one employee to step back, and he didn’t appear to understand English and struggled to maintain a safe distance.”
-
“While Sherwood is making good progress with the ongoing road and bridge projects, I’m a little concerned about their safety inspections. They’re handling all of their OSHA compliance internally, which means they aren’t benefiting from the objectivity of a third-party assessment.”
-
“I really enjoy working at Sherwood Construction – they do some great work building bridges and highways out in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.”
-
“Honestly, my experience with David Sherman was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, a really negative one. I’d strongly advise anyone looking for a stress-free experience to avoid working with him and, unfortunately, this company.”
