  “I’m really disappointed with how this situation has been handled. A few years ago, I had a new shower installed by someone, and while it seemed fine initially, it quickly developed a problem – water was leaking down the sides due to a faulty installation. I brought this to his attention and he promised to fix it. However, the problem has worsened and he’s completely stopped responding to my calls. Given that this was a new installation in Maine, there’s an implied warranty, and I intend to pursue this matter with the Attorney General if he doesn’t take responsibility and address the issue.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with Pete’s work. He completely botched the “seal” jobs in my bathrooms, and the resulting water damage led to serious black mold growth. The seals weren’t properly fitted, and now my floors are ruined. Worse, the toilets were constantly rocking, a problem that clearly existed since the house was new, and was due to the inadequate wax seals he used. There was extensive damage hidden beneath the floors, costing us thousands to repair the toilets, floors, and even rotting wood. To add to the frustration, Pete was incredibly rude and insisted he never worked at my home, refusing to provide any proof of service. I would absolutely not recommend hiring him – it was a terrible experience. report abuse

  Pete and his team have been absolutely fantastic for over 20 years. I’ve always appreciated their quick response times and the fact that they’ve never had me call back for repeat service – which speaks volumes! The staff is also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
