Afdasta and American Renovation, Inc., and we’re so incredibly happy with the result. We completely gutted our two-bedroom condo and started fresh, and after a year of searching – with several promising contractors starting jobs and then disappearing – T.J. was a godsend. He really listened to our vision and, because our home was built in 1976, he came up with some brilliant solutions for plumbing, electrical, and even our flooring. What impressed us most was his dedication; he’d always say, “If it was my house…” and that commitment to making us thrilled with the final product. We even had a designer from out of state working on the project, and T.J. worked seamlessly with her, even correcting some issues based on the actual dimensions of our home.
