  I had a really disappointing experience trying to get a quote for a pole barn from this company. I spoke with Brian, the sales consultant, and sent him detailed information about what I needed, including a rough drawing. He promised to get back to me quickly, but he never followed up. I had to chase him up repeatedly, and even then, it was nearly a month before I heard anything – just a vague promise of “next week.” Honestly, it felt like they weren’t even considering my project. A simple email to let me know they were still working on it would have made a huge difference. Based on this poor sales process, I can only imagine how frustrating building with them would be. report abuse

  “We were really excited about the possibility of working with Chris and his company for our pole barn project – we’d heard fantastic things. However, we’ve been trying to reach him for the past two months, calling multiple times a month, and haven’t received a single phone call back.
