    I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. During the installation of my blinds, they caused significant damage to my floors and sliding glass door due to carelessness with their ladder and tools. To add to the problem, they initially measured incorrectly, leaving me with extra holes in the walls. I’ve repeatedly contacted the sales representative, Mallory, and the manager, Diego, to report these issues, but I’ve been given the runaround and haven’t received a satisfactory resolution. After threatening to escalate the matter, a technician confirmed the deep scratches and cracks, yet I’ve heard nothing further from Diego. I’ve had to take this issue further, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering booking with this company. report abuse

    I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service I received was truly unacceptable. After scheduling an appointment, the crew simply left without explanation, and the team members were incredibly unprofessional with the foreman. They then cancelled the appointment at the last minute with no prior notification – just an email. When I called to understand what happened, the person I spoke with was completely dismissive and offered no apology for the inconvenience. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and treated with such disregard. I certainly won't be using this company again. report abuse

He was driving aggressively, tailgating and speeding, which is concerning.     I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From start to finish, it was a frustrating and unprofessional ordeal. We had the wrong color door delivered and were pressured into having it installed despite our concerns. To add to the problem, the office staff were consistently rude and dismissive, not scheduling appointments and showing up unannounced. On the day of the installation, July 7th, no one arrived, and when we contacted the office, we received a hostile response. They offered vague arrival times and were completely unhelpful. We ended up paying for the service, and then faced a lengthy battle to receive a receipt – it took five phone calls, three emails, and involving our bank, ultimately requiring us to close our card. While they eventually apologized and provided a receipt and a small refund, the entire process was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. report abuse
