  Jack did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom, and we’re so thrilled with the results. He was incredibly reliable – always on time and worked with such speed and attention to detail. What really stood out was how considerate he was, keeping the noise level down while he worked. And the quality of his work is outstanding; it’s truly professional.   “We were really pleased with Jack and Strong Builders – we hadn’t realized we had a problem with our deck pulling away from the house until we had our new granite countertops installed, and unfortunately, the countertops cracked twice. Jack went above and beyond to figure out the root of the issue. He meticulously checked everything – inside, outside, under and over – and even worked with the granite company to understand the problem completely. What really set him apart was his proactive approach; he didn't just want to patch things up, he explained exactly how he’d prevent it from happening again, which included reinforcing the deck and floor joists. The level of detail was incredible – he even had to create custom leveling blocks for our cabinets! Other contractors had simply told us to replace the cabinets, but Jack’s solution was thoughtful and thorough. He’s a really professional and conscientious worker, too. He took care to protect our basement rug while he was working, and we appreciated his attention to detail and his clean work area. We’re so confident that we’ll have a worry-free winter now, and we’re thrilled with the finished kitchen counters.
