  We were so thrilled with the work Citadel did on our new home! Our old shake roof was a real eyesore, but they completely transformed it into a stunning, modern roof with solar lighting tubes, a robust gutter system, and a fantastic solar panel setup. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic – Brandon and Tiffanie provided outstanding customer service, and Martin was incredibly diligent and oversaw the entire project expertly. They even accommodated every single one of our small requests, making the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.   We’re so pleased with the solar panel and battery system Citadel installed for us. They did the initial installation three years ago and we recently upgraded with the Franklin battery – everything was completed and finalized with a final inspection on March 5th. From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with the team. Kevin and Christian were fantastic during the battery installation and panel reconfiguration, and Brandi and Kevin were quick to address a minor cleanup issue they spotted at the end of a long day.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with our new solar system and Tesla battery storage, which Citadel installed in Clovis. We originally had them install our initial system and really appreciated their familiarity with our home and roof. When we decided to upgrade, we went straight back to Citadel – their communication and responsiveness throughout the sales and rebate process were fantastic. They were so helpful answering all our questions and concerns. What really stood out was their quick response time; they sent technicians out the next day whenever we had any minor issues. And they even took care of the whole PG&E battery cash rebate process for us, handling all the paperwork and follow-ups with PG&E.
