  Frank and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new floors – it’s amazing they were back to do it again! They’d already done the work on our first home, and the quality was just as impressive the second time around.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience ordering my new flooring through Flooring Factory. The online ordering process was incredibly simple and easy to navigate – I actually found out about the McMillan SPC through their social media content, which led me to the product. They were really quick with the delivery, and the floors themselves – we chose the Serna XL – look absolutely incredible! I was also pleasantly surprised by how solid they feel, especially since my house is on a raised foundation. report abuse

  Overall, I’m really pleased with the Serna XL – people always comment on it, which is great! It came together pretty well, and I love that it’s a generous size. Just be aware that the oversized pieces can require a bit more cutting. report abuse
