We purchased our home in October 2022 and were thrilled with it initially, but unfortunately, things took a turn when the basement flooded during a particularly harsh winter freeze. We discovered later that the sewer line had been damaged and wasn't functioning – something we weren’t informed about at closing, and our agent hadn’t disclosed. It meant we were without a working toilet, shower, and sink throughout the coldest months. Thankfully, Sonnenberg Excavation stepped in. Tory Sonnenberg and her team were incredibly understanding and really knew their stuff. Because of the winter weather, they couldn’t start work right away, but they kept us updated the whole time. As soon as the weather allowed, they were on it – incredibly organized, courteous, and professional. We’re so grateful for Sonnenberg Excavation’s help and would definitely recommend them for any projects you need done.
