Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I hired this company to update our home, and from the very beginning, communication was a nightmare. They initially quoted a hefty upfront payment and estimated six weeks for the work, which seemed reasonable. However, after that, they completely disappeared – no responses to emails or phone calls. Eventually, they sent a design that was clearly unusable, and their reaction – essentially blaming us for their lack of consideration – was completely unprofessional. They then refused to release the final drawings to my contractor until I paid the remaining balance, which I did immediately. Despite promising to redo the drawings, they continued to ignore us. I escalated the situation, demanding to speak with the principal engineer, but was met with dismissive tactics and blatant self-promotion. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding me. When I threatened to involve my lawyer, they simply cancelled the contract and returned my money. As a business owner myself for over 50 years, I understand the vital importance of client communication, and this company demonstrated a complete disregard for it. They cost me a significant amount of time and money, including fees for an architect who was also involved. Ultimately, I had to abandon the project entirely. It’s clear they’re not committed to delivering quality work, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

“Jason and his team have been an absolutely invaluable partner to us for over a decade. They consistently deliver high-quality work right on schedule and are incredibly accommodating when it comes to making adjustments. Plus, we’ve always appreciated their transparent and fair pricing.”

“I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They scheduled an appointment, but then cancelled it just two days beforehand, claiming the engineer was booked solid for months. It felt completely unprofessional and I lost a day’s pay because of it. Worse, they didn’t even bother to apologize or offer a solution – no attempt at rescheduling was made at all. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.”
-
“I’m really disappointed with my experience. The only reason I’m giving one star is because there’s no way to leave a lower rating. Jason Short was incredibly unprofessional and arrogant, and I would strongly advise against using this company.”

“I’ve consistently been really impressed with Wesley. He’s a fantastic professional – always attentive, gets things done efficiently, and is just a genuinely nice guy to work with. I’ve relied on him for a wide variety of projects over the years and he’s never let me down.”

This was a completely unacceptable experience. The work was shockingly poor, and frankly, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it a failing grade. It’s clear the reviews highlighting the problems are completely accurate – the quality was terrible, and they were charging exorbitant prices for materials that are now obsolete. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to run far away!
