  “Tim was absolutely fantastic! We called a couple of plumbers and one immediately started quoting exorbitant prices before even diagnosing the issue. Another kept insisting it was a pump problem and wouldn't budge on a high minimum charge. Thankfully, Tim came out the same day, quickly identified that it was just a clog, and got the job done within an hour. He was a real lifesaver before the holidays!” report abuse
