They recently completely gutted and rebuilt my upstairs bathroom, turning it into a stunning new space – and they did it all on time and within budget. The whole process was fantastic, and they were incredibly professional. I’ve already used them for a painting job and then a full bathroom remodel, and I’m planning on using them for future projects.   “I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, devastated by my experience with this company. What started as a hopeful move-in turned into a nightmare. It’s clear they’re not operating as an LLC as they claimed, and it’s been the most expensive and frustrating mistake I’ve ever made. From the start, they showed a complete disregard for my property and my time. The painting job was shockingly poor – we ended up with broken items, missing pieces, and, unbelievably, paint smeared across my brand new hardwood floors and damaged light fixtures. They didn’t seem to have any oversight of their workers, and the quality of the work was just unacceptable. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for a cleaning service after they’d already done the job! And just 24 hours after they left, a mud stain appeared inside my house – a problem they didn't address for almost four weeks. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for a full week after moving in because the house was in such a state it was uninhabitable. Every time they attempted to fix what they’d messed up, something else went wrong – either the job was incomplete or a new problem arose. It was a truly traumatic experience, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through something like this. Even on their last day, while they were fixing my front door, one of the workers said it needed to be painted again, only for them to send an invoice an hour later claiming the job was complete. If you’re looking for a professional and reliable service, I cannot recommend this company. Please, explore other options.” report abuse

  Rick and Dana and their team have been absolutely fantastic. Honestly, finding a contractor you can truly rely on has always been a huge headache, but they’ve completely changed that. They’ve done outstanding work on everything from small repairs to full renovations, and Rick himself even does some work on our house personally. What really sets them apart is their commitment to customer service – they genuinely care and always go the extra mile. They take such good care of their agents too. I’ve been using them for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! They’re incredibly hardworking, trustworthy, and professional, and they’ve always been there to help with everything from PICRA items to getting my listings ready for sale.   I’m so happy with the work VC did on my condo! They completely transformed the space, finishing the job in just two and a half weeks. The new LVP flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the updated vanities and ceiling fans, look fantastic. I especially want to commend Raheem, the project supervisor. He was amazing – he kept me updated throughout the entire process, listened to my concerns, and really went the extra mile, especially since I was living out of state. It was a little nerve-wracking not being able to see the work firsthand, but Raheem’s communication and willingness to address everything I was worried about gave me so much peace of mind.
