  Honestly, I wouldn’t go back to this company. My experience was remarkably similar to the previous post – it felt like a lot of time was spent talking about the project’s design rather than actually designing it. Instead of focusing on the landscaping, there was a tendency to get defensive and use overly complicated language when discussing billing issues. report abuse

  “Honestly, after investing two years and a significant amount of money, I’m incredibly disappointed with the outcome. The initial sketches we received closely resembled the drawings I made at the beginning of the project, but that’s about it. We were promised detailed plans covering everything – the type of concrete, landscaping, irrigation, and even the electrical work – and none of that was ever properly addressed. We’ve been billed repeatedly for things we’d already paid for or weren’t part of our original agreement. The communication has also been a nightmare; the bills and emails are often riddled with errors and the whole process feels incredibly unprofessional. Trying to get anything resolved has been a huge hassle – they always wanted to meet with a large group of people who charge a fortune for their time, and it just wasn’t productive. We’re now pulling the plug on their plans and getting our own landscape designs. I’d really advise everyone to go that route – it’ll save you a lot of time, money, and a whole lot of frustration.” report abuse
