“Honestly, I wouldn’t go back to working with Billy. I had a really frustrating experience, and it felt like he was more focused on making excuses for questionable billing than actually helping me with my landscaping plans.”

“After investing two years and a significant amount of money, I’m really disappointed with the final result – the backyard design sketch looks almost exactly as it did when we started. We were promised that the design would cover *everything* – from the concrete and landscaping to the irrigation and electrical work. But frankly, it’s just a few plants on paper. We’ve been billed repeatedly for things that were already paid for or weren’t even part of the original plan. The communication has also been a huge issue – often with misspelled words and generally unprofessional emails. And when we’ve tried to address problems, it’s always meant a lengthy meeting with five people charging hundreds of dollars an hour, and we’ve seen little to no progress. We’re now moving forward with our own landscape designer to get a proper plan. I’d strongly advise everyone to do the same; it’s saved us a lot of time, money, and a whole lot of frustration.”
