While I absolutely commend Nick, the salesman, for his excellent service and professionalism – he deserves a full five stars – the project fell far short of expectations due to significant issues with the project management and ultimately, the quality of the work delivered. The core problem stemmed from a complete lack of oversight from our Project Manager, Jason. He was frequently unavailable, missed appointments repeatedly, and seemed unwilling to take responsibility for the issues that arose. It’s unacceptable to pay for a first-quality pool and hardscape and receive a product riddled with defects – we discovered six to seven issues on the splash pad alone, including repairs already made before the pool arrived! The installation crew themselves were fantastic and worked diligently, and I want to acknowledge their hard work and deserve five stars. However, Jason's absence created a domino effect, leading to miscommunication, blame-shifting, and a general sense of being dismissed when we raised concerns. The pool crew’s shortcuts, like stopping the lines mid-air, and the problems with the hardscape – incorrect designs, poorly cut pieces – were directly attributable to the lack of proper supervision. We were left feeling like we were being made to feel "picky" when we simply demanded the quality we paid for. It was devastating to find a brand-new pool with so many defects, and the fact that repairs were already present when the pool arrived only compounded the problem.   “I recently had Solid Structures install a fence through The Home Depot, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’d used The Home Depot for previous projects and was always pleased, so I wasn’t surprised to be equally impressed with Solid Structures. The fence installation was fantastic, and I knew right away I’d be using them again. More recently, we hired them for some hardscaping and artificial turf work, and everything went incredibly smoothly – they even took care of removing a tree and stump at the last minute!
