They were instrumental in bringing a fantastic musical installation to our downtown – a truly special project. From the very beginning, they were incredibly collaborative and willing to work with us to make everything happen. They were consistently professional, offered some brilliant ideas, and clearly have a deep understanding of their field.   I’d strongly advise against hiring this firm for any work related to our Homeowner’s Association. We hired them to manage filings with the Building Department, and unfortunately, they made a series of significant errors that resulted in a hefty bill to correct their mistakes. Worse, they subcontracted the actual work to Tradesman, who delivered extremely poor quality workmanship. To add insult to injury, they refused to take responsibility for the shoddy work because the Tradesman were not directly employed by them. Frankly, I believe I could have handled the project myself with a better outcome. And to top it off, they charged us a thousand dollars simply to notify the agency they needed to update their address – it was a completely unnecessary expense. report abuse
