They really helped us bring a fantastic musical installation to our downtown, and it was such a smooth and positive experience from beginning to end.   “I unfortunately had a very negative experience with this firm. We hired them to handle our Homeowner’s Association’s filings with the Building Department, and they made a series of serious errors that resulted in significant extra charges to correct. Worse, they subcontracted the actual work to Tradesman, who delivered shoddy workmanship. Crucially, they wouldn't take responsibility for the poor quality of work because the Tradesman were not their employees. Looking back, I honestly believe I could have managed the project myself with a better outcome. Adding insult to injury, they charged us a thousand dollars simply to notify the agency about their address change. I strongly advise against using this firm.” report abuse
